Install Plus Removal Package

    • Up to two riders installed at the time of install at no extra cost.

Sign Install

  • • Standard real estate post installed clean, level, and positioned for best visibility.
    • Sign panel hung securely using your hardware or ours at no charge.
    • Up to two riders installed at the same time as your sign at no extra cost.
    • Photo confirmation sent immediately after install.
    • No weekend surcharge.
    • Same-day and rush options available.

    • Zone 1 (0–20 miles): $65

    • Zone 2 (20–40 miles): $75

    • Zone 3 (40–60 miles): $85

    Add-ons for installs (same across zones):

    • Solar light add at install: $20

    • Same day or rush install: $30

    • Extra trip for panel, rider, or light only (no post work needed): $25

House Frame or Metal Sign Install (No Post Needed)

  • • House frame or metal sign installed at the property.
    • Positioned for best visibility and secured for typical weather conditions.
    • Photo confirmation sent after install.
    • No weekend surcharge.

    • Install: flat rate anywhere within our 60-mile service area: $55
      Same-day or rush install: + $30

      Removal of a house frame or metal sign that we installed at this property:
      • Zone 1 (0–20 miles): $10
      • Zone 2 (20–40 miles): $20
      • Zone 3 (40–60 miles): $30

Sign Removal

  • • Post and sign removed cleanly from the property.
    • All hardware accounted for and returned if requested.
    • Panel left safely at the property unless panel pickup add-on is selected.
    • Photo confirmation sent upon removal.
    • No weekend surcharge.
    • Rush and same-day options available.

    • Zone 1: $30

    • Zone 2: $40

    • Zone 3: $50

    Add-on for removals:

    • Panel pickup and return (panel, riders, or lockbox brought back to office or home): $25

    If the listing used your Install + Removal package, removal fee is already covered.

Rider Add or Replace

  • • Rider-only service when no full sign install is needed.
    • Up to two riders added, swapped, or removed at one property.
    • Existing post and panel used as provided by the agent.
    • Photo confirmation sent after visit.

  • Flat rate within our 60 mile service area: $40

    Additional riders or complex requests can be quoted as needed.
